When designing the visual setup for an institutional event of this scale, the EarthCARE Science and Validation Workshop 2026, the global summit hosted by the European Space Agency (ESA) in Oxford, expectations run high. Events at this level demand strong visual impact, built on two non-negotiable pillars: product quality and technical support.
The project, integrated and coordinated on-site by JBG Productions (Jacopo Basile Giannini), demonstrates how the Atomic Pro product line meets the exacting standards required by international corporate and institutional environments.

Technical Coordination and Operational Reliability
A production of this scale demands precise execution. On-site technical integration and system management were coordinated by JBG Productions. Through close technical collaboration, the team optimized system performance, delivering a high-impact visual configuration while ensuring full operational continuity, essential for the uninterrupted flow of the workshop's scientific sessions.
Product Selection
To meet the European Space Agency's rigorous standards, two flagship Atomic Pro solutions were deployed:
- X-Totem 1.8 - High-definition LED totems positioned at key points throughout the venue. Their fine pixel pitch and vertical form factor made them ideal for institutional signage, welcoming international guests, and displaying service information. The self-standing, wheeled structure allowed for fast, flexible installation.
- One Series 1.9 (with Flex modules) - The visual centerpiece of the workshop: a high-resolution LED wall built with latest-generation Full Black LEDs. A 7680 Hz refresh rate and 1.9mm pixel pitch delivered optimal image quality. The integration of Flex modules was the key scenographic advantage, enabling a versatile, dynamic configuration fully adapted to the venue's architecture.
Versatility and Reliability
This project confirms what the Atomic Pro product line is built for: meeting demanding standards where image fidelity and operational continuity are not optional details, but core requirements.
Special thanks go to JBG Productions for their professionalism and flawless on-site technical execution. Deploying Atomic Pro technology alongside an organization like ESA is a clear demonstration of the reliability built into every system in the line.
